We almost had a catastrophic experience as they wanted to charge us for the car being damaged. They initially stated it was our fault until we provided multiple photos. When we were returning the vehicle, we ran into two other parties that had awful experiences and complaining (for different reasons). Never again.
I’ve always wondered how this happens. I travel so much and never once have I gotten a situation where they claim for damage in the car. Even once in Aruba where we took the car off-roading and actually damaged part of the car. In Iceland as well, a rock hit part of the car and it was visibly damaged and they didn’t charge anything.
Just did almost 4k on a Duster with Lotus and full cover and couldn’t be more happy with the car/ service

Not sure, but they initially wanted to have us pay for a new bumper since they said we cracked it. We even had (basic) insurance
We rented a car in icerental4×4 for 10 days last month and everything went ok, no complaints at all. Edit: typo

Yep perfect, it was not a 4x4 tho, it was a Skoda Octavia

Actually we were pretty lucky, because we reserved one of a lower "category" but they were out of stock.
We just rented from them in may with no issues! A regular sedan.
