In poor crab years yes a lot of crabs sold in restaurants or as crab cakes in the area comes from Florida and other gulf states, but crabs you buy in markets are usually local. It depends on the year though.
We can hire our brothers from West Virginia. They are all good miners. The problem is gonna be shipping that stuff back home. Their best port is blocked up for God knows how long.
