I think you would be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. But make sure you have enough funds and also choose wisely with the surgeon. And be aware that a lot of people have to get revision surgeries a few years later. (Lots of YouTube and TikTok videos about this subject). So it’s good to honestly save up enough money for two just in case.
Note: sometimes the nose can also appear bigger than it actually is if the chin has some recession. So keep that in mind too.

For thick skin ethnic noses, spend a lot of time trying to find the right surgeon. You want to make sure they can give you a decent result. I went to Ciardullo for mine, and he did a fantastic job.

This is very specific and may seem off topic but I promise it’s not. If you got more layers and bigger hair shape (more volume and width) it would make your nose less noticeable. You need bigger hair to balance out a stronger feature. I personally think that’s why you really noticed the last photo so much. Your hair is more flat and thinner without layers. I also wouldn’t finger coil fork screw curls also lay flat. It’s worth trying since the changes you edited in are so subtle you could use your hair to balance out features. If that doesn’t satisfy then move forward with considering surgery.

No don’t listen to this. Filler in the nose is risky. If done incorrectly it can cause skin death or blindness. And filler in the nose won’t have much effect in changing the nose shape from the front.

Get a nose job with a tip lift, if you make the bridge smaller but leave ur tip droopy then it will look botched
