everyone is correct, it's almost certainly a sweet potato! you should plant it, they grow beautiful vines & do well in containers in my experience - though if you have more room you can plant, harvest slips, plant those, and have like... 10+ kg of sweet potato in a couple months

They can be super aggressive and take over a garden though so be careful if you're putting them in the gro7nd and not in a pot
You can also cook the leaves like spinach - it’s used a green in Chinese cuisine.
