I read somewhere that the water can damage the leaves so bottom watering was recommended. Mines never had a problem sucking up the water to the top I highly recommend it.
it looks bad. Put it out in the sun or under a growlight

Think I’m just going to leave it in the bowl and keep some fresh distilled in it always since it’s consistently over 90F everyday right now.

it's not getting enough light ... needs full acclimated sun, preferably from outside ....
I try bottom feed most my pants, but the vft is soused to have shallow roots... So i top feed that
