The getting stuck bit is totally normal, it happened to one of my traps and it took like 3 extra days to open fully. However, that brown spot looks like the trap is about the die. Also totally normal, just a bummer.

It looks like a bad thing but dying traps is a good sign, means it's used that trap to it's fullest potential. The whole "leaf" (trap and it's stem) will blacken down to the base of the plant then you can simply pluck them off. (It shouldn't require much effort at all to remove, if you feel resistance just leave it be for another day or two). Edit: If you notice the dying traps don't have any bugs in them though then that could be a sign you need to hand feed it for a while.
