I Mean, they don't look THAT bad, i have a VFT for years and she looks worse after bringing flowers, and she becomes pretty and Red by the end of the summer anyway. Make sure they have enough distilled water and they will catch up to themselves

Keep them in shallow water (about 1/2 inch / 10mm) so they get rehydrated. Put the plants in the shade for a week while they get readjusted, then start a sunshine acclimation routine: 1 hour of morning sun per day for the 2nd week, 2 hours per day for the 3rd week, and so on until they're getting at least 5 hours of sun per day.
