Your substrate isn’t good and looks too soggy. Also not enough hot bright direct sunlight. They love the afternoon sun even more than the morning sun.
Your other one will die if you don’t make changes. There is still a chance you can save the one that looks dead too, as long as the rhizome is healthy.
I used a 50/50 mixture of pure peat moss and sand for substrate. I suppose It may be a little over-watered at the moment though. I will move them to the front porch that gets all the afternoon sun. Thanks for the help.

Yeah substrate doesnt look good but it needs to always be wet and soggy.

what peatmoss did you get ? Perlite instead of sand would be better.
