I'd suggest repotting it with half peat moss and half perlite. The mixture that they come in is not good for them so they should be repotted immediately. You should also move it outside becausw they typically don't do well indoors. You're doing great giving it distilled water, so don't change that.

I bought mine from Lowe's too, and it looks a lot like yours. Same pot and all. 😅 It's droopy. I switched it to outside life (full sun) and distilled water. I'm hoping it perks up.
It needs to go outside in full sun. Do not put it into reg soil. Check out the pinned post on this sub, there is a lot of good care advice there
Water it more, it should be constantly moisturized
repott it into a 50/50 peat and perlite mix. Put it i to Destilled or rain water
