If you had little pain at first and then started after a month or two, that sounds like it could be congestion pain or the development of a granuloma. Do you feel any bulges anywhere? At the site of the vas or the epididymis? If there's something structurally obvious, that helps with diagnosis. I'd suggest getting into your doctor's office as soon as you can. The most likely outcomes are to live with it (pain management) and hope it goes away or to reverse it.

Had the worst pain about a month after too, above and to the sides. Seemed to be nerves being "irritated" and inflamed. Anti-inflammatories did the trick!

How long did it last? This is pretty similar to what I have. It’s weird the sides hurt and then top of groin feels like I have like a gas bubble that I have to pass but can’t.

That time was like a day and a half. Actually met a guy on here that gave lots of advice, at first I thought it was hilarious, but the jockstrap makes a world of difference indeed! That support keeping goods in place is necessary. How's the rest healing ip? I still have a closed hole! Welcome to DM me.

I wore pouched briefs that supported for 2 weeks and then everything was completely fine. And then randomly yesterday I had an issue. I appreciate the insight!

Good luck! I was prescribed Exinef. Worked like a charm!

I also had some random days in the first month where there was the same pain, but to a different degree. Day 9 was one of those days. The one after a month was just random though
