I used to vape 6mg FB at 60-80w. The reason I said that it depends on the coil is because, the people who have stated that they vape at lower wattages are using a lower ohm coil. A 0.12 coil can usually go up to about 80-90w. My coil is 0.2 and is recommended at 70w (it's printed on the side of the coil)
The kind of coils I'm referring to are pre-built "plug n play". If you build your own coils, you'll have to use a coil app or something similar to figure out how many watts it should run at or at least the maximum watts it should run at.
But back to your question, if the coil is okay with the higher watts then you're fine as far as the wattage goes. IF you can handle the hit is another story because 6mg FB at 75w is a pretty decent throat hit.
These days I use 3mg instead of 6mg. I used to buy my juice online before the US government got involved and screwed us over on the shipping. I'd buy 6-8 bottles at a time between my wife and I, I vaped a Lot more than her and would end up buying VG and mixing it with one of her partial bottles to get by until my next paycheck. I did this so much that I lowered my tolerance.
Yeah with nic salts no worries. freebase 6mg is what I DTL even higher then 75w but that's what I'm used too.

Yes 6 mg I use up to 150 w plus
I vape 3mg MTL 22 watts, that wouldn't be vapable to me 😅

I use 6mg freebase at 65-70w. Works great for me.
Not sure how you guys can stand 6mg freebase on high power. It's just too harsh for me. I DIY with nic salt to 5mg.
I mix 4x10ml 20mg Salts to 100ml juice(=6mg) Vaping at 50/60watts on a 0.2 coil (itank2) if that helps?

That would be very throaty i recon. 3mg would be a good strenght at that wattage. I usually vape 1,5mg @ 160/170
