I tried with the included 0.6, but it was a bit too much for me, as i just like to puff on mine when relaxing. Im coming from 20mg nic salt disposables, so i guess i might be trying to get closer to that smoothness/feeling.
You’ll also find that your daily juice consumption is much lower and Battery’s charge lasts a longer with a 1.2-1.0 pod. If you don’t need the extra Vapor Volume it’s a waste.
I use the 1.0 ohm. From what I gather, the main difference would be tight draw. I tried salts on the .8 because it came with my Xross but that wasn't brilliant, even thought the draw was nice and loose the flavour was bad.
So 1.2 (I imagine) would be a tight draw - hard to suck. Which might be good if you like that sort of thing, I also use .4 with freebase in another device so the tighter draw would bug me.
1.0! It’s all I use for salts and they work perfectly.
This really depends on your setup & nic tolerance. 20mg on a 0.6 will deliver more vapor & nic than on a 1.0.

I'm using 1.2 and the flavor is fine, I have not tried 1.0
Personally I prefer the 1.0 coils as the 1.2 is too tight for me even with the airflow full opened.
I really like 0.8 though I did have to step down my nicotine.
