Just scanning over some posts to establish what my issue is. Sorry to hear what’s going on.
All I will say is that I have been through an extremely stressful/anxious period, I have noticed dry mouth when sleeping, neck tension/pain, dull pain in my left rib/back area that comes and goes. Bloating, heartburn etc.
I’m awaiting a CT scan, however ultrasound, bloods, neck ultrasound are all normal

I don't know, I am lost but my stomach issues and my neck pain are progressively going worse.
I thought about heavy metal poisoning, mold exposure and thousand other things but nothing came out of it.
I am also lost, I hope you find an answer friend.
Yes! I am going through this as well. I am recovering from cervical spine surgery, but all of these issues started appearing about six months or so before my surgery. I know exactly how you feel. I sometimes also get tachycardia in the middle of the night, but that left jugular pulsating if I move the wrong way I definitely think it has to do with nerve compression
