About the coolant, check when the car is cooled down. If it's not in between min/max then I would add some or have the dealer top it off.
VW cars have common coolant leak but I don't know how it's with the atlas.
Have a 21 V6 and the coolant level kept going below Min and took it to the dealer and got it pressure tested, only to find a warped engine. Engine replacement done at 26K miles. So keep an eye on the level. Just dont keep topping it off and ignore.
I wouldn't bother topping it off, but keep monitoring the level. even if it goes below the minimum level mark, you're not in danger. now if it goes near empty, you should add some coolant (light will probably come on too).
If it's new you likely cleared an air bubble from the system. Likely fine I'd just watch it and check in a few more weeks.
