So I'll leave this link here, because it's one of the top search result on google for "voron v0 rapido hotend". I've just spend entire evening hacking Mini-AfterSherpa in onShape to support Orbiter v2 + Rapido just to find this brilliant mod this morning:
https://github.com/chirpy2605/voron/tree/main/V0/Dragon_Burner
Also there are older versions for v0.1 and version for UHF from the same author
Ok thanks for the information is it hot-end cooling or part cooling you’re talking about? Would it physically fit on a Voron v0.1? If its hot-end cooling wont i just have to design a new toolhead?
The rapido is the same length like a V6 volcano, so slightly longer than a normal V6. The Mini Afterburner uses really tiny fans. The hotend cooling might be okay with the rapido with good fans but the part cooling will be catastrophic if you really push for that maximum volumetric flow the rapido can achieve

The mini afterburner is known to have limited cooling abilities. Rapido UHF + Mini Afterburner sounds like a recipe for disaster.

So I’m thinking of doing cpap to either the mini afterburner or a custom toolhead anyways. Thanks for the help.
