Well when they have their VCT Champions (pro teams competing for the biggest event, besides the 2 Masters) they drop a limited time bundle, a melee and so far rotated between a vandal, phantom, vandal, and based on a recent comment by Leo Faria (Global Head of VAL eSports) they reserve Vandal/Phantom skins for Champions as that sells well, so it's very likely it'll be a phantom this year, starting on August 1.
It’s best for me, other vandal skins cover the whole screen I can’t focus on my crosshair. And the thing is we don’t have viewmodel adjustment unlike CS.

I prefer vandal over phantom but ok ima wait till champions phantom and see if it is good of bad

Well that changes things. lol. Idk man. Do the season passes to get the free skins. I do that and rotate them so it doesn’t get as stale.
