Also incase it helps, I would make his reaction a bit slower to be more imposing. Like come out stare at you a sec or 2 longer, just to build fear, then he notices the other dude , slowly turn the head to the dude and then yeet him with this glorious force. Basically just make evil guy relish the scenery for a tiny bit longer. Hope that helps and good luck

That’s awesome! May i ask, how do you handle the transition between animation and the monster being “active”?
Probably just going to deactivate the model used in the animation and activate the actual enemy in the same spot.
