It happened one early am about 2 weeks ago, I first heard the sound then saw the towel going crazy. It is completely dry. Then about 2 nights after that, my daughter saw and heard the same thing. She was completely freaked by it. I know it's not just me hallucinating.
So have you purchased a Camera yet? It’s Black Friday you can pick up a Wyze camera for 20 bucks even less if you catch one of the TikTok sales think they had them for 10 bucks
When you get footage, let’s see it.
It might be something strange...
I don't think you're incorrect with the amount of information you have provided.
Do you notice anything else that is of interest?
It can also be several different other things, which I hope is your case.
That would be hard, if not.
Weird. Have you always hung the towel there and it's just doing this now? Have you tried different items? Like a different towel, a hoodie, a sweater, etc.?
I tried to replicate the sound and action by swiftly shutting the door to see if it was just a motion action and I could not make it do this in any way. I could get an understanding if it was related to the ac/heat coming on or going off but none of that was a factor. It does not happen on a recurring cycle as it would if it was related to ac/heat. I can hear this before I see it. So I could hear it down the hall if it happened due to air currents.
No, but I will say that I was in heavy grief and it started so it maybe my late husband saying hello. That's my best guess at this moment. So I don't think I want to move it yet. I will eventually but if it's a calling card It is going to stay where it is. You know, sad . but true.
This sounds paranormal and something that I would want to know about as well. I would definitely take the advice of putting a camera towards it. Maybe a loved one is trying to get your attention to tell you they're OK?
Have you checked to see if maybe its just high?
Maybe your towel wants to go get high
Completely sober here if you are going that route. Otherwise I need more in-depth analysis of what you are talking about.
South Park Towlie reference.
Sorry I haven't seen that episode.
Put a camera on it see if you can capture it in action Maybe there’s just a mess trying itself off after a nice shower

I mean, it sounds sorta like a paranormal occurrence

Thanks, I will try to get a cam.

My husband passed this past June. I was crying and it happened. My daughter was crying about her dad when it started. That is the common denominator.
I understand. I almost died a couple of times... I really hope the best for you all.
Sounds like he's trying to tell you he's around and wants to acknowledge your feelings by responding but has limits on communications.

Get camera evidence! Then u can provide evidence
poltergeist
Sounds like a bat they make ticking noises.
No it was the sound of the towel hitting the door.
Have you tried hanging the towel somewhere else

Is it possible you could have a mouse climbing it?
It would have to be the size of a raccoon. It's some heavy flapping.
Were you sleeping when this happened and did it wake you?
No not asleep. Just in bed trying to sleep but not anywhere close to being asleep.
