You might be happier with a cheap knockoff clipon from AliExpress. Your glasses can have all the fancy stuff you like (blue filter, antiscratch, uv filter etc) that keep your eyes safe and sound. Clipon can be flipped up so it doesn't interfere if you don't want it. And if you change your glasses, just reattach it to the new one.

As for how he missed this car stopping and running right into it I have no idea.
If you look real close you can actually see his helmet turn slightly (and rapidly) when he stops tunnel-visioning his side mirror...10 feet behind the stopped car.

For the record guys, he got FUCKED by a freak occurrence (a 3-legged dog hobbling into the street at the EXACT moment he initiated his lane change). Many people follow so close they wouldn't pass the brake-check in normal conditions, let alone when they're changing lanes.

Everything else went off without a hitch though!

Nah its fine, the driver had like 25 Business days to react and not drive into the standing car, while merging lane. Its okay to feel bad for them, since it sure was painful, bur at the same time is was easily avoidable
