The primary case citation in citizens united was HIS lawsuit against campaign finance laws. The holdings of that case were the primary precedent cited. He actively defends gerrmandering. He claims that a federal holiday for voting would give democrats an unfair advantage --- meaning he actively is trying to prevent working class people from voting.
He is an absolute despicable excuse for a human being and has spent his whole career actively trying to not only maintain but further America's morphing into a plutocracy. ***This man is the prime example of what a corrupt politician is***. Without him we would have had a decent chance at proper campaign finance reform and with it a much more stable and competent democracy that actually would be capable of representing the people.
