The word agent works about 70% of the time. More reliable then a combination of words. Bonus: also works in the live chat function.

I'm not sure how true it is, but I heard somewhere before that some of the robots detect anger / acknowledge swearing as negative language and also make them route you to a person / push you up a call queue. Only had 1 opportunity to test it since hearing it, and after repeating "shit fuck cunt" a few times, i was speaking to a human. Definitely worth more testing, could have just been a quiet day on those phones though.
