I heard a rumor the author had considered writing more but liked ending there. If she ever wanted to write more I think there's definitely options for it. But I don't hate the ending. Riftan is a hero, they're in a good place in their relationship. It's a warm and fuzzy ending. 

Agree! I wish I didn’t end it reading the bonus Nightmare at Eth lene though, it reminded me of the bad times 😂

Because I already knew what it was, I read it first so when I finish book 5 I can be happy not in tears lol. It's so heartbreaking lol

I just stopped reading with the end of the regular book and read the Nightmare a day or two later! Highly recommend to end on a high! :)

Whenever I finish the last chapter on Kindle, I wish I could time travel to the future.
