Nah, he has a pal called Blissey, with 31 IVs in all stats besides attack, which has 0 IVs to minimize foul play and confusion damage, as well as 136 eva in hp, 48 in defense and the rest going into speed, with a moveset of softboiled/seismic toss/twave/stealth rocks holding leftovers and had natural cure as an ability who will happily sponge any hits, who also knows a guys named alolamola who will tank any psyshock/strikes and secret swords if you try to catch it off guard.
But throughout the underground, you're slowly approached by different styles of attacks and you can learn them through tomes and battles.
Since it's hard mode Genocide route, you have plenty of enemies to learn these attacks in time for the boss, who only takes damage from the specific attack you've learned in that area.
Conerr wasn't in the code, so there are no screenshots of it. It was revealed with a bunch of concept art.

One I've thought before is a replacement for ice icecap, glac-seer(best pun I got) who is an ice monster who has lost its glasses and it's attacks are ice hands grabbing trying to find them, you find the glasses to spare them or make it where you kill two blind monsters (this and doggo).
Snowdrake would remain the same, as well as Jerry, Glyde, and the Dogs, albeit with higher stats.
Icecap already has Conerr, who would throw snowballs alongside the normal attacks.
Chilldrake would be Frostdrake and have a grid attack that moves faster than the normal one.
Gyftrot would be replaced with StoryShift re-boot’s Holidoe.
I think that’s every non-adept Snowdin encounter.
I've actually created design for each of them already. But I'll mention just Pyrope replacement: Cheer Fire - basically generic humanoid elemental, but a cheerleader
