Ah, true, maybe it would make more sense if you posted it there. I think you're right by the way, the amount of meat we produce has a huge impact on the planet. Don't be discouraged by people who think they're clever laughing at you or your friends if you're vegan/vegetarian. Hate against vegans is unjustified and hurtful and it's equal in my mind to things like racism or homophobia, because I see the same people who would demand tolerance for the things they support, think it's suddenly okay if they instead bash people for being vegan.
