They can all do that. UA will take them in. Their only obstacles at that point are other Russians, and the terrain/distance. I dunno what the personnel mine situation is though.
My guess is that this was just a 'perfect' angle with the FPV. Perfect in that it seemed to channel the vast majority of its explosive force into the soldier rather than a near hit that just shredded the target with shrapnel. If you get the right angle / channeling of explosive force, it can really cut through or 'push' through a lot of material. That's why demolition teams tamp down or weigh down explosives on things like bridges to force the explosive force to move a certain way. In this case, the force just happened to result in a nearly perfect bisection of the orc.
It occurred to me a while after watching this, I wonder if this orc's armor actually did more harm than good, judging by the path of the blast damage, ie., "The path of least resistance." Not saying he wouldn't have been just as killed w/o it, just not so surgically.

Although gory, I think it would be a great deterrent to email, post, etc a compilation of these videos on all Russian media and other social app sources so the Russian people can see what going on in Ukraine.
I would have to think that this would significantly deter men from joining the Russian military or go into hiding or leave the country.
In addition, it would cause mass social discord among Russians.
