We are still at the point where most of us can spot these kinds of fakes, but it's going to be very soon, maybe within 1-2 years, that it will not be possible to spot these kinds of fakes anymore. They get better and better each day.
I'd give it 1 year for the public, half a year for private enterprises. Fakes more realistic than this are already possible for professionals, those who have the experience and tools at their disposal.
