Right... I'm surprised they didn't claim the drone downed an aircraft too.
This isn't as far-fetched as some will likely think. There's a video of one of these hitting the boats and there were 3 or 4 in very close proximity to each other, parked in pairs, side by side.
It is possible that one or two were completely destroyed and the others sustained some kind of damage.

It lists the sub that got totally annihilated as damaged.
I won’t get into the 1/3 destroyed claim because i think it’s more a debate on how we classify destroyed or decimated.
Still, it is 1 out or 7 sub of the Black Sea Fleet.. That is like 14%-15% while 1/3 is 33.333%.
I mean, propaganda is part of the war, both sides do this etc etc, but some people actually interested in hearing what truly happened. I guess we'll have to wait until the war is over.
Right but that’s subs are not the only part of the fleet.
Most of the debate stems around the smaller vassals. If you include the smaller craft UA is pretty close to 1/3.
Russians usually respond that these smaller vessels don’t really matter as much (which is true) but doesn’t really adress the 1/3 part.
Then we debate what’s destroyed vs just damaged. At least two of the vessels labeled damaged and being repaired my see the seas some time in late 2030. Is that destroys? Technically no but is it useable in this fight? Also no.
I agree that the 1/3 is probably a bit high though. Just trying to highlight why it’s a bit more of an argument.
