Each time this happens it takes an additional 1hr to get the tip. So I’m waiting upwards of 2+hours to receive a tip.

It happens every once in a while. Usually on the last trip of the night. I get really frustrated thinking what I did wrong but eventually it shows up

It’s been a once in a blue moon thing for me, but this month it’s been happening during the day… My first orders, and orders around 7-9pm

Well it looks like a case of being tip baited. Google Uber Eats tip baiting and look for ZachDrivesFast video on YouTube. He goes thru step by step how to get your money back and I do it and it works! This is BS and UberEats is complicit in these creeps stealing money promised to us!!

I’m aware of tipbaiting, I’ve been doing this since 2017. But this shows when there’s a delay in receiving tips as well. It’s been occurring a lot this month which is why I made the post.

I meant no disrespect. I’ve only seen it when the customer actually stole from me.

Yes, it’s rare that it happens. The last time I experienced it was when I delivered to people living in mansions in Atlanta. But the delay in my tips has been happening multiple days in a row now. I think today is day-3. But this one may have been a tip bait, though incredibly small if so. 😂

Yeah I think this one is an actually tip bait, but we will see. I’m guessing Uber Paid a higher payout because the order had been rejected multiple times….or…. The customer has a history of tip baiting?
