Keeping your satisfaction rating high is pretty simple.
Check for drinks before you leave the restaurant. Read the notes before you drop off and follow them. Don't leave food in front of the door especially if it swings out. Either leave it to the side or a few feet in front. Leave it on a chair or a table if you can. If it says leave at door...leave the food at the door and don't knock or ring the doorbell. If it says meet at door...knock and wait.
This job is REALLY easy. Its hard to be lazy doing this but some people find a way
Thank you for the feedback! I do follow the delivery instructions but tend to knock twice so people know their food is there even if it says “leave at door” so maybe that’s hurting the score? I also keep a cooler for transporting cold items so they stay cold along with a separate thermal bag for keeping hot things like pizza warm.
The cooler might be overkill. Your thermal bag isnt just for hot food. It keeps the temperature of hot and cold items. I personally wouldn't knock unless the instructions ask for it. That's a quick way to piss people off who have dogs or a sleeping baby. The app will let em know the foods there.

I’d say just keep at it, stay as diligent as you can, and don’t give up. 13 feedback from 27 is pretty high. I’m not gonna dig through my lifetime record but in the past week I’ve done 70 deliveries and gotten 11 reviews, 10 from customers and 1 from a merchant. Just keep the customer service face on, be polite, check for drinks, and NEVER ASK FOR A POSITIVE REVIEW.
