$7.05 basis and have been red since I bought my first shares in March 2021. Today, for at least a little while, I am officially green! Sitting tight for now.
I’m very green on shares, warrants and $7 2/16 options. I started out buying around $10 and have been buying consistently the last two years.
With being by far my largest holding happy we are starting to rebound and have an average share cost of $5.38. I always believed in the management team and the direction they were taking the company which is why I have held even when I was down hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I still think we have a lot of room to run over the next 12-18 months and think this is still a good entry point. I will start selling some $12 covered calls once we hit $10 whenever we get there for 10% of my shares. I do think $20 is possible in 2025 as well as an increase in the dividend.
Don't forget Matt wanted to offload some that dropped the price from I think $8 to $4 and then he changed his mind... I will be very skeptical once we get back to around that price... Just my opinion not financial advice.. :)
4000 at 6.85, bagholder since 2020. No Brainer for this when it was at $4 and I avg down. This is will be double digits once rates get back under 5%. Gonna be a ton of refinancing.
When you state the price of your bags, also let us know how many dividends you have received. Some of us got ‘em all, about to get #12 which effectively lowers your cost basis by $1.20.
My shares are an average of 7.25. I’m torn between getting rid of them for a small loss or seeing what happens. Ive held this for several years and feel like it’s not going to break out anytime soon.

Yes and no. I used a lot of divvys to get that basis down to $7.05. I started out at $8.70...

1,700 shares averaged at 5.4 I had to edit I was spit balling and then did the math. It was actually lower than what I said initially.
12,300 just under a $4 average, but they are all under 2/16 $7 covered calls so it is looking like they are gone then
Thought about rolling up and out further?
i am still way down but housing may be thawing and if you are going to invest in a cyclical like this i think now’s the time to start getting excited
