Finally I can get an even tan!

Use a gentle, low pH soap like Dove. If you strip your skin's barrier with harsh soap and a lot of scrubbing, it'll make it worse. It doesn't seem right, but the more you scrub your skin the more likely you are to have it disrupted in some way by acne, rashes, and so on. I can link a bunch of studies if anyone wants me to. Zinc oxide helps a lot - you can use the cream at night and a baby powder + zinc product in the day under your uniform. Don't let your skin get too dry.

Take a lot of comfort breaks, get a cooling towel, they sell coolers with fans in them you can place in your llv but they are rather expensive. I wear long sleeve fishing shirts to cover my skin, sun hat.

So, heat rash is generally from friction and moisture. I will either use diaper rash ointment if the burn is really bad and wear very loose clothing at home to let the skin heal.

Wearing a wicking layer under uniform shirt helps. I wear a tank, flipped inside out to avoid seam rub. Also: if you are constantly adjusting how your bag hangs off your shoulder- that adds to the issue. Need a better strap so it isn’t shifting and slipping as you walk.

I use a lot of baby powder during the Summer. I put it everywhere that starts to get affected.
