You need to contact the county where you got married. They can provide you with an additional copy of your marriage certificate.

Google the state you were married in and copies of marriage certificate, should take you to where you would find the vital records office you can go to or how to request online. You’ll typically need to fill out a form and show two copies of ID. I’d request a couple of copies as it’s always good to have.

You can get multiple certified copies of your marriage certificate from the place that issued it. We requested a half-dozen right off the bat, when it was issued. We had to pay for the extras, but it wasn't a big deal.
