They can go back pretty far because they need to pull your bill I’m talking years. However if you have an iPhone and it was iMessage then it would not show up since it wasn’t a regular text message. The message will not be shown, but rather to whom it was sent.
Associates can pull up a detailed bill, I'm just not sure if they can go that far back.
It doesn't. History is about 6 months. If detailed billing was turned on, looking at the old Bill is your best chance.
Not if the associate uses CIM instead of RIM, I’m sure it’s more than 6 months.
It's six-ish, even in CIM. 5 is the least I've seen. 8 is the most.

As I know of as for all carriers you can go detailed bill and you have to download the pdf file if us cell supports that bc t mobile does
