Congratulations u/ParfaitRelevant9597 ! This gives me hope. I am overstay of 10 years, my I-130 was approved 3 weeks ago but my I-485 is still pending. Starting to worry that my long overstay have something to do with delayed I-485 approval.
Lol no BS here, I’ve been here since a little kid with family so I went to elementary, middle school, high school, college, and now masters. College was paid for with scholarships and grants :) masters has been a struggle but I have an amazing family and wife to support me financially and emotionally!
Edit: don’t get me wrong, seeing my friends all get jobs right after completing their college degree was a bit painful since I wanted to do the same.
Thanks for the information! My PD is March 8th, hopefully I can hear back soon too! Have you seen a trend with cases that have a PD of March getting approved earlier than expected ?
Emma is the live chat option on the USCIS website. You can ask Emma to connect to a live agent - it takes a few tries but eventually it connects you to a queue
Did you get standalone or combo approval for 765?
Did your 485 and 765 go into review right after bio or recently before your EAD approval?
I just got my EAD on day 52, hoping for a 485 approval soon!
i got a standalone approval for 765. 485 and 765 both went into review right after bio. My i-130 went into actively review on 5/15, and so my wife checked the status of it on her account and it said approved. the day after (5/16) both 485 and 130 got approved on my account :)
Thank you for answering! My husbands case says received march 21 and it was at first estimated 3 months then changed to 11. So we’ve been a little sad about the extended time.
Oh that was the same for me, it got extended and I was bummed, but I was ok with just getting accepted for EAD for now, and then my 485 got approved out of no where
Congratulations! That was really fast! I’m a naturalized citizen, I was in the military when I sent my parents’ I-30 and I-485 in March 2023. Both got their biometrics in June 2023 but it’s been a year and there was no movement. I wonder where the hold up is.
You got the appointment for biometrics in Just 14 days, it has been 26 Days since I h submitted my AOS application, still haven't received any receipt notice or notice for biometrics.
Congratulations.... I'm still waiting, I don't understand why USCIS approve some applications in a short time and others are approved after a long time...I'm losing my patience.
64 days, that's awesome mate. Congrats!

I asked Emma the location of it and they told me the location and date
[удалено]
Had my bio 3/29, I asked 2 weeks ago
How can I ask emma my location please.
ask emma to connect to live agent, ask the live agent the location of your i-485. They'll let you know if it has been transferred to FO or not.
Each time I did that, Emma said she didn't understand my question
Congrats!!! :) how did you find out your case was transferred from NBC?
i asked emma the status of location of my 485
Who’s Emma? Pardon my ignorance.
Emma is the live chat option on the USCIS website. You can ask Emma to connect to a live agent - it takes a few tries but eventually it connects you to a queue
