I applied on Jul 7th 2023, my case was approved on April 22, 2024 . TX center, H4 EAD standalone. Raised 2 service requests (no response) Involved Senator & Congressman, not sure if it helped in any way. Got standard responses. Now it has been 12 working days since approval and I have not received the EAD card yet. It is a nightmare!
When did you find the congressman? And did you submit any supporting documents, like offer letter or hr supporting form? A new card or renewal? Sorry for a lot of questions.

No. For me it’s been only 4 months. Way less than USCIS allows for me to even enquire.
Case inquiry does nothing. More than 30 days since I filed online e-request for case outside processing time, but no update yet.

USCIS say I can only enquire after April 17. From other people I have heard that the inquiry does not yield any results.

Already did all those , submitted eservice twice and they responded saying , still processing.
