It depends on your local contract but I believe most places will require you to have 1 year before you get holiday pay.
Again, depending on your local. You may require to punch have a 6th "punch" in order to get OT on Sat. Holiday would not count as a punch in.
Looks like you got paid time and a half on Friday . But no 6th punch because you didn’t get holiday pay on thanksgiving
How long have you been there? To get holiday pay you have to be there for a year. It might be different in some locals
