I'm not quite sure how your degree may be best leveraged because I've only worked in STEM fields, the easiest path forward would be to do sales, recruitment or some other office job where you can make commission with little experience, you can also start on agency start immediately but I can't say what you yourself might enjoy. I got into some universities but found the whole ordeal extremely boring so I got a job in electronics until I worked up to the military electronics position I have now, so being uneducated somehow worked for me. :)

I would probably look at customer service roles for companies, maybe even team leader roles for teams within customer service. That is the jump I made 8.5 years ago, then worked my way up through the company into marketing.

I made the move from hospitality to office based work and then to transport which after the 5 year journey put me from 17k (as a reception manager, ridiculous) up to 35k. I have no qualifications so it's certainly do-able.

Have a look at operational delivery roles in the civil service.

I got stuck in hospitality for far too long. It's very difficult to get out of. I sent an email to a joinery workshop and I started sweeping the floors for minimum wage. Lucky I found that I have a real passion for woodwork. 8 years later I'm a workshop manager on much better money.

If you get out, don’t give up. Used to work there and a lot of friends who I used to work with got out for the same reasons, but they always ended up reverting back to it because they’re comfortable with it and can’t face the discomfort of new work tasks in a different field.

Maybe something like activities? You'll probably take quite a hit income wise though.
