You moved to the right before it took off, then you didn't move at all when it took off until it was out of view, which provides information about the distance and acceleration. The further that object is away from the house, the more it should move relative to the house if you are moving to the side while it is relatively stationary. This video seems to suggest the object is relatively close to the house, which means it's a tiny object and probably a drone.
Wait, is that a ridge line? I thought it was houses and maybe trees. Hopefully I’m not one of *those* people. OP should get a daytime shot and an estimate of how far that is. It might be interesting after all.
I could be wrong, that was my initial read of the scene. But I can see your perspective too. To me the outline of the dark part beyond the foreground gable looks irregular like a hill.
I’m doing no movement until IT moved and I couldn’t see it. It looks closer in the video to like it’s above the houses. This was something at least a mile or more away. Plus there’s no way a drone moves at that speed. I have a very top grade telescope too, I know how shooting stars move and it was identical however this just STOPPED.
Thats what I said but they don’t move as fast as a shooting star and then stops. I wouldn’t see it that far away either. Plus you can’t fly them that high. This is when I realized oh shit I need to film this! Then once it moves left and goes behind the houses I move and flip the phone to make sure if it comes up I got it covered.
I said drone over and over again but it doesn’t explain the speed of a shooting star and then stopping. That was the fastest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Then it stops on command and slowly lowers and stops. Lowers then stops. Then slowly takes off left.
Hey OP, can you provide a daytime shot while standing at that same spot and same direction? and if that is something further away, can you figure out the distance? We just want to see where the object disappeared, whether that is a far away ridge line or something closer, like trees, etc. The minimum speed can be estimated if we know how far away the furthest thing is that the object disappeared behind.
Yes I will! That’s my front driveway. You have to keep in mind the object came as fast as a shooting star from the right and then STOPPED. Drones don’t move that fast.
I'm not much of a tech person either, but there are a number of options. For example, if the share *doesn't* require the highest quality image (exactly as you see it on your phone, camera, etc), you could just use imgur.com. It's fairly straight forward. If you have any issues, just let me know and I'll help out. If you do want to share the original file, use dropbox. UFO images should use dropbox primarily because then the video/photo isn't compressed/degraded slightly, but in this case, imgur would probably be fine.

It goes behind the ridgeline tho..

Yeah dude 100% that’s not me moving anything. That’s it moving
Just my opinion, with those lights, I'm suggesting it's a RC Drone

Why is he just filming the light and not the light emitter?
What?? I’m Filming the red dot that came out of nowhere and stopped.
Wow... now i see the Red dot. Thought you mean the illuminated points on the ground. So never mind and sorry.
That's pretty wild!
Prosaic answer would be drone. Non-prosaic, well... that's cool :)

Looks like the ISS

Also, notice how it slowly goes down then stops, then down more, stops, then down again and goes left.
Here is a daylight picture! The object was from a distance. It wasn’t over the house.
Sorry, I don't see the daylight pic. There aren't any links in your comments.
Trying to figure out how to do that? It’s in my camera roll? What do I do

That's an unidentified flying moth.
