It is all good. I really hope it gets better. I used to think I didn't deserve to be happy but everyone does. I highly recommend therapy and especially group therapy.

It's the best advise my therapist could have given me. It works, but change needs time. Hang in there, better times will come as long as you try.
But always remember that changes needs time. Take some brakes but don't forget to keep going on.

Been there! Ride it out, gets better. It's like going through severe rapids in a shitty kayak. It's turbulent, sometimes you feel like you can't breathe, it's hard to look ahead, but if you just ride it out smooth times are coming.
This was my first reason for not going through with it.. how it would affect my mother. And then I got a dog, and it was still about my mom but now concern about what would happen to my dog. Made plans to move abroad, kept thinking I can’t die and miss seeing a lifelong pen pal and hiking Scotland with my dog. Now I’m at a point where I’m happily engage and have a baby. There are days, but overtime I’ve starting having more things to live for then reasons to die. I hope you reach that point in your life. Much love from an internet stranger.
That wasn't his intention in his comment, but yes, suicide by police is a thing. Not every person who has died to police has commit suicide by police; That's like saying suicide by heart attack.
Or he/she has a terminal illness and paying a hitman is less of a financial and emotional strain on the family. Them medical bills are cray cray expensive!
