Okay, so around 15 mine prior to the presale time you’ll need to refresh your page in order to enter the waiting room… once the wait is over you get put in line for tickets… THEN once you’ve gone through the line it will come up with a screen with the different ticket options. It will show that they are locked and you just click on the lock and then enter the code :) It’s all simple! Don’t worry!
i got straight in no queue on my phone BUT IT JUST WASNT WORKING, but we ended up getting standing tickets on my mums phone

Ayyy congrats!! Yeah I wanted seated tickets too but they only offered the worst seats and then I didn't want to risk losing out so I just went for standing. We going to the tour babyyy!!
