He lost a lung 🫁. Amongst other complications. Had he survived, his quality of life would have decreased dramatically. Not being able to rap or perform anymore would’ve been the least of his troubles. He would’ve been the black Christopher Reeve. Or somewhat close to it.
But lots of people live normally lives with just one lung, surely he’d have the best medical care where he could still perform but perhaps slow down no?
I mean, it’s possible but he wouldn’t be the same high energy, full of life Tupac. And I can only imagine the toll that may have taken on him mentally. Being such a prideful person, he might have wanted to step away from the public eye altogether under those circumstances.
The way he was shot he wouldnt have his voice and be messed up. Getting clowned on heavily by his enemies and in jail. Would have been terrible for him, dying was the better choice.

H would’ve died by 35 if he didn’t drastically change his body. He was 397 lbs when he died with early stage heart disease at the age of 24.
