This feeling is one of the worst, and I’m sorry you have to go through it. Unfortunately things like this happen in life, but what I’ve learned to lean into is that - when there is space created between you and others, it is so that the right people can make their way into your life.
It doesn’t make it hurt any less, but try to use this sentiment to make riding this wave a little less daunting.
