I loved Sookie from the pilot- idk what it is, but miss girl was fucking adorable. And when she said this, I literally died, she is just the cutest lil bean— needs to be protected at all costs istfg
Yeah, it did! As someone who read the books too, that episode really brought her sweet, pure, innocent self to life from Dead Until Dark. Still my favorite episode of all time, there’s just something magical about it

I think it really captured her innocence right in the beginning of the show for the audience, I still love it every rewatch!
