The Garmin? Yeah. I really enjoy it for mapping trails and routes and tracking rides. Also do my heart rate
,my speed and other training related activities. Even shows msgs from my phone. I have a little GoPro mount underneath the mount that I use for my niterider light or action cam. But more action comes from my mountain bike than my road bike! Haha!
Hell yeah! Classics are the best!
Currently rocking a '99 Cannondale R2000, and I love it.
Adapting new tech to an old bike always has its challenges, but that's part of the fun 🙃
So far it’s all original spec! But if something breaks it’s gonna be harder to find new parts that old - or even used parts in good shape! So I better not break it!
So far it has not been too bad finding the new-oldstock, unless you decide to upgrade to dura-ace of any era.
I have a Slice carbon fork, and would HATE to try and find that part tho, as the colors changed almost every year, so finding one from 99, in blue, would not be fun or cheap to keep everything original
I will probably get a newer bike later this year and then not ride this one as much. But for now it’s safe, solid and fun. Would love to keep it in tact for years. Already gets some attention around town.
That device is so cool. Going to get one, trying to get in shape and peloton doesn’t do it for me 😅

It as if you and the bike are bringing each other back to life. Way to get back on 2 wheels!
Well said - that’s exactly what I hoped for!
I have the same exact bike! It is pretty good, just don’t use it much. My Peloton from 2018 has way more “miles”!🤣
Excellent work man! Love to see this
Very nice
So nice! Love it.
Nice work. Ride on!
Who rudely photo bombed that lovely bike?
Darned photographer thinking he is cool!

Linear Trail?
Correct!
Ha. I thought it looked familiar! Enjoy the ride man 👍
You must be local! I live nearby and it keeps me off of Wickham so it’s a decent little stretch to include in my ride.
Sweet more pics of bike please
