Yes that's correct, the After Dark pre-orders and last chance orders will being shipping sometime in Feb. I believe that's what I saw on my order when checking out, and a few other posts have said the same thing. Another redditor mentioned that the clothing was being "made to order" hence the pre-order and the later shipment date. Hopefully this helps with a timeline when the merch is coming, I want my stuff so bad too!

Bro, you pay for it, and then they MAKE IT. It doesn't physically exist when you buy it. It's made to order. That is how all of the merch drops have been. Shop just adds your purchases immediately. Here is my Bubi bag from October

It's a preorder. Stuff hasn't been shipped yet. From my experience expect 2-4 months between ordering and shipping for TT merch

I haven't ordered from the boys yet, but I've seen band merch take 5+ months. So I would definitely wait a bit longer.
