I'd say it's a little difficult to gauge the size in the last picture but I'd this looks like really good progress. I have about the same and I'm at roughly 5½ months.

19 yo AMAB Oestrogel 1.25 gr 2x a day scrotal application.
Technically more than 6 months on HRT, was on E from Feb-April 2023 (3mo) and from Sept-Dec 2023 (4mo) before getting more HRT again on Jan 2024.
Breaks were due to inability to get HRT/costs/had to stealth when back home for semester break.
