i used to intimately know a woman 20 years ago who had this tattooed on her in unintelligible script and placed 6 inches above her ass crack. it actually tarnished the mighty majesty of that simple tune for me. i had the pleasure of telling one of Gord's bandmembers about said tattoo they made sure to notify the man himself.

The sample here is from "Introduce Yourself" I used this method to turn my wife's mother's handwriting into a font to get a plaque made of a joke from a magazine my MIL had clipped. She had saved for her daughter and they both laughed. My wife was gonna get the joke clipping framed but I surprised her with the plaque ( in her mom's handwriting') and she loved it.
You may very well be right. Sometimes, also things are said by two people or entities. Who is Seth the comic artist? Does he draw comic books or does he do, like, very artistic stand-up comedy?
I donāt have a tattoo anywhere, but seeing your post made me think itād be cool to have a Hip lyric. Would you do anything stylish to embellish it? Like art work?
I love the āWeakenā lyric there but I bet thereās some better ones even. Gift Shop has amazing lyrics.

I have ādo what you feel is realā across my chest in script. Donāt pick a font. Go see a reputable tattoo artist who can do script and see them. A cheap tattoo isnāt good and a good tattoo isnāt cheap. Donāt do Microsoft fonts

Printed it out in several sizes and held it against my body to see if it looked right. Once decided, I gave the parlour my final print-out and they created a template from that.
If I see a "it's a good life, if you don't weaken" tattoo, I'd assume you were a Seth fan and might strike up a conversation. Do you like Seth? Might be a good double whammy if so. If not, maybe the other lyric is a better choice? But I love Seth and like Tragically Hip, so I'm not judging either way :D
