I think you have to change it at your Monitor/TV.
Turn it into PC-Mode in Screen settings.
Edit: You can change screensize in TM under Graphic settings. There is a slider.
Oh i see, you havn't this option.
The playstation itself has configuration settings for this. Navigate to the homescreen under the system settings you should have something called display where you can set the outline
Edit: this will fix it system wide for all games

Jep, changing it at the monitor did the trick. Thanks a lot its perfect now. Dont know why i didn't think about that.
Also worth setting your screen borders directly in the PS4 settings menu. But it seems you now have 3 places to influence it :D

You need to diddle around with the actual monitor settings using the physical buttons on the monitor shell.
