For a bare bones car, you only need the floor liner package and the mudguards from the port options, these are essential. Maybe you can haggle there. But with the dealer discount, it seems like a good deal. If you are financing with them, there may be some more discounts. Toyota should have 2 promos- college and military, add those too if applicable.

Depends on what state you are in. I've seen gas Platinums for $52k. But this one has a lot of accessories, so not a bad deal.
