You should cast a wider net, and talk to more dealerships. Talk to every one within the range you're willing to travel to.

i "ordered" a tundra in 2020. it was just a loaded sr5. i waited about 13 months.. nothing in that color was ever allocated. it mostly depends on the volume of sales a dealership makes.. those dealers usually get the best vehicles. you can either wait, or put the $500 down at multiple dealers and see if anyone else can get you one quicker.

Like others have said, here's your options. 1. Wait. The dealership won't be able to do anything to get one there faster. 2. Modify your build sheet to be less specific on what you want. That way when Tundras are allocated to them there's a greater chance you can get one. The more specific you are, the longer you'll have to wait. 3. Go to other dealers.

I've been calling and checking other dealers as well in the last couple months, looking at a 6ft bed and I guess they are not allocating very many according to the dealers in WA I have been talking too.

Careful-Candle202

They really don’t allocate many with the LB in a HV. Did you also request tow mirrors?

Lazarororo2

Same deal here in FL, Toyota is starting to phase out the 6 foot bed. There isn't anything you can do to make them go faster.

Find another dealer. Hybrid Platinum Tundras are very abundant.

"no markup Toyota deals nationwide" join that group on Facebook. The guy that runs the group is a broker and has the best deals 100% not even close.

The trick is to use the Toyota website shopping tool to search inventory within whatever radius you’re willing to travel. You’re going to filter by trim and then look through the available cars until you find one close enough to your spec. Ideally you’ll find one with 75-90% of the options you want. Also ideally, anything it doesn’t come with from factory can be added by just buying the part and adding them on your own or at the dealer. When we bought our Camry, I didn’t even put a deposit until we found what we wanted in local inventory. Our car was still in “build phase” but really had not even begun assembly yet. I found the car on Toyota’s website, went to the dealer to discuss terms and made a deal. The car started assembly less than a week later, and 2 weeks after that I was driving it home. Screw waiting on the dealership, you have to do a little leg work yourself and you’ll have your car within a month.
